Celebrate Today Confetti Celebration Card CTC#18

I have an awful lot of birthday cards to catch up on & I just saw that CASE-ing the Catty have a birthday theme challenge this week.  Perfect timing!

I have chosen to case the Occasions Catalogue page 10 (very loosely, mind you) by using my new Celebrate Today bundle.  I went with the Confetti Celebration DSP as it matches this stamp set perfectly & is lovely & bright & fun!
