Goodbye to Rev Up The Fun!

As promised I am going to spend the month showing you some ideas using some retiring products that I will miss.  Today I am showing you a few of my creations using the retiring stamp set Rev Up The Fun.  My samples were aimed at boys aged 8-14 years this time, however this stamp set lends itself to any male age.

My 1st card was made for my nephew Kobi who turned 12 last month.  He loves sports cars & a quick simple card was called for.  I am going to miss Midnight Muse soooooo much :(

This card was one we did at stamp club a few months ago.  I based it on one I had seen on Pinterest by Heather Summers.  I changed it slightly but loved the colour combo so tried to stay fairly close to her sample.  Gorgeous Grunge lends itself well to Rev Up the Fun don't you think?

Thanks For Looking,

Happy Mother's Day Box - #MadeForMom

I have been so busy preparing for my Biggest morning Tea fundraiser I have completely forgotten to post all the good things I have been making lately.  Here is a little box we made in Stamp Club last month.  It's Mother's Day this weekend so you have time to quickly whip one up!

I love, love, love, the Hardwood background stamp & can't stop using it!   I was thinking a nice little window box would be pretty for this project so I could not go past the Hardwood stamp.   I used my old favourite the Spiral Flower Die from the Occasions Catalogue as well.  I rarely use Regals & wanted to push myself to use them.  These colours just looked so nice together - I used Crushed Curry (my new favourite colour), Rose Red, Elegant Eggplant & my NEW fringe scissors were used to cut Garden Green cardstock for the grass.   I used the Triangle punch to punch out the fence posts.   We also made a matching card, but I will share that next time :)

Easter Bunny Punch Art Baskets

Today I am sharing some very cute Easter baskets by Bron.  Bron loves punch art & does such a great job I really wanted you all to see her creations.  She doesn't have a blog so I am sharing them here for her.  She tells me she made them for the teachers at her daughter's kindergarten.  Lucky teachers!

Here are some of her Polka Dot Parade DSP, punch art bunny baskets.

Lots of punches were used for these Bunnies & how cute are their little faces!

Rear view of the DSP baskets.  The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments #130042.  There is a sentiment in that stamp set for every occasion!
